Are you a Beyoncé super-fan? Can’t get enough of Lady Gaga’s latest mega-hit? Fancy yourself the next Bruno Mars? Then I have some great news for you! London’s premier private room karaoke experience, Lucky Voice, opens its newest – and largest – venue in Holborn this month.
Adding the central London location to a roster of popular and enviably located bars in Soho, Islington and Brighton means the UK’s karaoke lovers have even less of an excuse not to exercise those vocal chords. And, with previous visitors including both showbiz and literal royalty like Gwyneth Paltrow and Prince Harry, Lucky Voice is the perfect place to feel like a star while spotting one!
The venue’s interior is decked out in a stunning lux pop aesthetic, with a number of Gram-worthy visual set pieces that are guaranteed to get your newsfeed popping, and there are hundreds of fun song references hidden throughout the venue for music-savvy customers to discover.
Once you’ve soaked in the ambience and lubricated the vocal cords with a few cocktails in the bar area, grab your squad and head in to one of 10 private – and soundproofed! – karaoke ‘pods’ that boast a song interface with access to over 10,000 contemporary and classic karaoke anthems. There’s also funky disco lighting, a fun prop box and a ‘Thirsty’ button for room service.
The venue’s crazy late licence – open until 4am on Fridays and Saturdays! – also means that once you’ve finished singing your heart out, you can keep the party going until the wee hours, with a large dance floor and live DJ on weekends for late night boogieing.
And Lucky Voice Holborn’s arrival on Chancery Lane isn’t just great news for karaoke lovers, as the venue boasts state of the art audio-visual equipment and a HD projector in the bar area, making it ideal for unique corporate events, team builders, conferences and meetings as well. There’s also an extensive menu of tasty food – who could say no to a round of Tinchy Sliders! – and one of London’s finest cocktail menus for drinks and canapé receptions with a difference.
Finally, need I say more than… bottomless karaoke brunch?
